Refund Policy

Cancellations to bookings are only permitted up to 14 days prior to the booked event, in which case, a full refund will be granted minus any card / admin. processing fees.  Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled booking will not receive a refund, however we are happy to offer a credit that can be used at a later date to either the same workshop or a different one to be used within a 12 month period. 

 

Rescheduling, or modifications to bookings are only permitted up to 7 days prior to the event.​

If you forget to attend your event booking, we are unable to offer a refund or credit.
